Let's talk about it
Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but it doesn’t have to be.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation, which allows us to discuss your needs and determine whether I am the right person to support you.

This is a chance for you to ask any questions, share a little about what’s been going on, and get a feel for how I work. There’s no pressure or obligation, just a friendly conversation to help you decide if therapy feels like the right next step.
