Let's talk about it

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but it doesn’t have to be.

I offer a complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation, which allows us to discuss your needs and determine whether I am the right person to support you.

This is a chance for you to ask any questions, share a little about what’s been going on, and get a feel for how I work. There’s no pressure or obligation, just a friendly conversation to help you decide if therapy feels like the right next step.

Emergency Contacts

If you find yourself in a situation where you're struggling to keep yourself safe or you're facing a mental health crisis, please remember that help is available. You don't have to go through this alone:

  • In case of an immediate emergency, call 999 for an ambulance.

  • If possible, make your way to the nearest A&E for urgent care.

If you're able to keep yourself safe but require urgent support or advice:

  • Call NHS 111 (England) / NHS 111 or NHS Direct 0845 46 47 (Wales) for guidance.

  • Reach out to your GP and arrange an urgent appointment.

  • Contact the Samaritans on 116 123 for a listening ear and emotional support.

Remember, it's okay to ask for help when you need it. We're here to support you through challenging times.
